- Place Chicken Fillets on a sheet pan. Do not overcrowd. Bake: CCP: Heat to 165° F Conventional oven at 375° F for 14 to 16 minutes. Turn product after 6 minutes. Convection oven at 375° F for 13 to 15 minutes. Turn product after 6 minutes.
- Place in pan and cover loosely with saran wrap and hold in a heated cabinet until service.
- To Assemble: Place hot chicken fillets on buns and top immediately with cheese slices (1 slice per sandwich) so cheese begins to melt. Top each sandwich with 1 lettuce leaf, 1 slice of tomato, 2 oz of pickles, and top of bun. Individually wrap in foil and serve hot.
CCP: Hold for hot service at 135°
