ProView K-12 is available commercially, and not available for USDA Foods processing. There are a number of reasons we’ve chosen to make our products available commercially, and countless districts have experienced the benefits of shifting their USDA Foods allocations away from chicken processing to other commodity options, and purchasing ProView products commercially. 

Yes, all of our ProView K-12 products are fully-cooked, so you can have peace of mind that food safety risks are minimized during meal preparation.

Yes, a number of our products have Child Nutrition (CN) labels, and all of our products are appropriate for serving in school meals. Browse our Products to explore our full catalog and crediting information. When a CN label is unavailable, we are happy to provide Product Formulation Statements (PFS) by request for documenting the meal contributions of our products for USDA compliance purposes.

Our No Antibiotics Ever (NAE) product line is sourced from chickens raised without the use of antibiotics. Not in their feed, not in their water, and not through vaccines. This means that every customer purchasing from our NAE product list is guaranteed chicken raised with no antibiotics ever. This commitment is verified by the USDA and ensures that antibiotics have not been used from conception to processing.
